I’m Ruben, an optimistic and curious product professional with eight years of product management experience within various industries and sectors—a team-first problem solver with the customer at heart and the business in mind.

How I work

My approach to product management consulting is centred on building strong, collaborative teams that are empowered to achieve their goals. Whether improving product best practices, boosting team morale, or conducting user research activities, I prioritise open communication and encourage everyone to contribute their unique perspectives. As a natural empathetic leader, I believe in fostering psychologically safe environments where creativity can thrive, and individuals feel valued and heard. Working closely with senior leaders, I help define product visions and strategies that align with their organisation's goals and values. My diverse background and experience enable me to build and maintain strong relationships with individuals from all walks of life. I am passionate about promoting inclusivity and diversity in every aspect of my work.
